Information on SWIFT block and tax office payments

The restriction of SWIFT payment transactions with Russia has also affected an Austrian and a Hungarian branch of Sberbank with the following SWIFT codes:

  • SABRATWW
  • MAVOHUHB

If you have provided an account at one of these branches for you tax office payments, the tax administration cannot currently make any transfers. We would therefore ask all those affected to provide a new, valid bank account as soon as possible.

The quickest way to do this is via your FinanzOnline access. If you want to provide new details in writing, please send them to the following address and provide your name, address and tax number:
