Supplying in Austria

Even if an entrepreneur conducts his business from abroad, certain transactions may be taxable in Austria. This may for example be the case where the customer of a supply is in Austria. Accordingly, the entrepreneur may have to collect Austrian VAT and pay it to the Austrian tax office.
